Please review our adoption process page to make sure you understand what our requirements are.    We work very hard to make sure that kitties find good homes and that you are matched up with the cat of your dreams, so we hope you understand why our process is comprehensive.

You can help the process move more quickly by taking the following steps:  

  • If you have a vet, please contact them and let them know it's ok to talk to our adoption counselor, as if you have current pets, they must be up-to-date on vaccinations and all cats must be spayed/neutered by the time  your new kitty comes home. 
  • If renting, you must confirm that your are allowed to have pets and have paid any fees required by your landlord.
  • Please include as much information about your experience and care for animals for our adoption team.  It really helps us see quickly which adopters are best prepared to take on an animal.    Our team works very hard to make the best match possible for our kitties and detailed information helps a bunch.

We hope you will be patient.  A good match will last a cat's lifetime (and maybe nine lives!) and we want to get it right.   Our adoption fee includes testing for FIV and Felv, multiple vaccines, flea and parasite treatments, microchipping and basic spay or neuter.
